Our docketing solutions provide simple, integrated and customizable environments for businesses to collaboratively manage the prosecution of IP matters.  Designed as a web-based service with encrypted security, our docketing system provides users with immediate access to their matter information.  These resources can greatly improve the productivity of your group by consolidating all of your matters in one place.  You can then sort and filter these matters to identify those related to specific inventors, technologies or portfolios.  Additionally, your docket is principally managed by one of our attorneys to insure that this information benefits from the attorney-client privilege.

Our docketing system provides a complete and comprehensive repository for all information related to your matters.  Critical information such as inventor details, related matter references, IDS documents and images of scanned actions are available online.  Also available are all communications, discussions, notes, drafts and other documents related to your matter.   The system provides shared space where individuals or groups can participate in the management of IP matters.  The system also employs security roles so that rights and privileges of participating groups and individuals are tailored to appropriate levels of responsibility.

Our docketing tools provide you with the ability to create, track, assign and manage tasks related to the prosecution process.  In addition, you can customize existing templates to create predefined sequences of tasks that reflect processes unique to your organization and have them automatically assigned to specific people or roles.

If you select our firm as the correspondence address for your prosecution matters, we can scan your office actions, deliver them either electronically or by mail, and prepare all docketing reminders for you.  The reminders can be delivered via email, Microsoft Outlook calendar import files and/or personal telephone calls from our office.  All of these features are available for much less than the cost of maintaining your own docketing group and with 24-hour access available from any web browser.
