    Mr. Noblitt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  He has been practicing intellectual property law for over ten years, and has worked with some of the most prestigious law firms in Texas and the southwest.  Before forming Noblitt & Gilmore, Mr. Noblitt was a partner with the largest law firm in Arizona.  He is experienced in the acquisition, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights domestically and internationally, and served five months in Japan as a liaison to a Japanese firm.  Mr. Noblitt also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Arizona State University College of Law.

    Mr. Noblitt's background includes broad-based intellectual property counseling, patent preparation and prosecution, trademark and copyright registration, trade secret and trade dress protection, technology transfer, and related litigation, licensing and counseling.  Mr. Noblitt has also regularly provided support for corporate transactions, such as financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and perfection of security interests.
