Mr. Gilmore holds a Master of Science in Chemical Physics and Organic Chemistry in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He was previously associated with the largest law firm in the state of Arizona. Mr. Gilmore was also employed by Motorola, Inc., where he served as corporate counsel to the Semiconductor Products Sector, Phoenix Corporate Research Labs, Solid State Research Center, Ceramics Technology Center, Microelectronics and Physical Sciences Research Lab, and Motorola Life Sciences. Mr. Gilmore lived in Germany for ten years and has extensive experience with the administration of intellectual property matters abroad.
Mr. Gilmore was a founding partner of a biotechnology, chemical and pharmaceutical patent research firm which regularly performed due diligence investigations pursuant to clearing high-profile licensing agreements for Fortune 500 clients. He specializes in patent preparation and prosecution, intellectual property strategy and asset management, client counseling, domestic and international patent procurement, opinion work, litigation support, disclosure review and clearance, licensing, due diligence investigations and various agreement work.
