2018 Selection in Southwest Super Lawyer and Rising Stars

We would like to congratulate attorney Daniel Noblitt on being selected to the 2018 Southwest Super Lawyer in intellectual property, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. This is Mr. Noblitt’s fourth year being selected. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding attorneys – no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that attorney Gary Newson has been selected to the 2018 Southwest Rising Stars list in intellectual property. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Southwest receive this distinction. This is Newson’s second year being selected.

The Noblitt Group is pleased to announce two of our attorneys have been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2018. Daniel Noblitt has been recognized in patent law, trademark law, copyright law, intellectual property litigation, and patent litigation. This is Mr. Noblitt’s 6th year being recognized. Gary Newson Selected as 2017 Southwest Rising Star

Attorney Gary Newson has been selected to the 2017 Southwest Rising Star list by Super Lawyers. This marks the second year for Mr. Newson being recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

“Rising Stars” recognizes top up-and-coming attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing 10 or fewer years. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in each market are named to the Rising Stars list.

Newson earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, and graduated from University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. Newson is a certified patent attorney by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His primary focus is on patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, false advertising, and unfair competition matters.

Daniel Noblitt Selected as 2017 Super Lawyer
